I’m sorry to post this but I feel I need to for the sake of other bookings. The communication was awful. The pick up was meant to be 10am and ended up at 4pm. I had to constantly chase for answers and felt this was a little unacceptable due to the person where the collection was from was going out and had to cancel this and left me feeling rather awkward.
