Prakash arrived in time and was very good at communicating ETA etc, however the job required two men to carry a heavy table up the stair to the first floor, he turned up with his wife and a very young child who needed attention as she was walking in the way of people. - very unprofessional and unsafe- the wife struggled to carry the table up the stairs and a table corner was damaged during transportation. - I’m afraid I won’t use his services again.
