Very nice team and very punctual! They worked really fast and the van is huge! Don’t need to worry about the number of boxes, it would be nice to have smaller boxes for them to move and the big van tk store and transfer.

The driver's attitude was not very good, and the process could have been quicker if he had used a small trolley more often to carry the suitcases. When moving the items at the destination, I helped unload the luggage from the van, yet he complained that I wasn't doing anything and asked him to bring the heavier items upstairs. I found this surprising since carrying things upstairs is part of the service I paid for and expected.

Very friendly and worked very quickly and professionally! It needed to be moved to the fourth floor still through the stairs, but it was still very efficient. I myself just wanted them to put it on the ground floor of the flat for me, but they put it in the room for me, this really help me a lot and save my times!! A very happy moving experience.

I had a terrible experience with this moving company. They were unprofessional, careless, and wasted time, ignoring box labels, which led to £300 worth of damage to 10 bottles of wine. A 4-hour move stretched to 7.5 hours due to stalling and poor organization, clearly showing their inexperience. They even threatened to stop unless I paid for extra hours midway, despite my promise to pay afterward due to no signal, wasting over half an hour arguing. It was the worst service I’ve ever used avoid if you want your items handled properly and your time respected.

With their help, The whole moving process becomes super fast and convenient. I mean I have massive things needed to move and they never complain about anything( even no lift in my new apartment) and always show me a nice smile and tell me it is ok to support me.
