Good job. They needed to dismantle and reassemble the bed to be able to transport it which they did. Turnaround was sooner than expected. No issues. Price was not cheap but no quotes have been cheap recently.

I think the initial management should be improved. I have sent some notes to the staff on the application, like contacting me if there’s any problem and don’t ring the doorbell. But the driver rang the doorbell and said he didn’t get any direction from me. I have paid the fee but the driver didn’t know that. Obviously the connection among the staff should be improved. But they responded quickly.The drive and the helper moved my item and efficiently!

It was in terms of moving things but very bad in the way the beds were unscrewed and screwed back, one bed was not completely unscrewed, left half way hugging. While the 2nd bed was screwed back in wrongly.

Not a great experience for me unfortunately. Felix, the company owner was professional to deal with but the subcontractor used to do the actual move was awful. There were two helpers with a decent Luton van but they were slow, unprofessional, one of them was completely lazy and when you are paying people by the hour, this is not ideal. I ended up moving over 50% of the things myself.

Should have communicated with clear words that staying until the job until it’s done means charging for the extra time worked. Felix himself only did the driving and but someone else did the moving. The subtractor was not paying too much attention but thought he did a decent job so still tip 10% for the job. What made me upset is that despite doing a big part of the work myself, giving breaks, buying waters etc, I end up finding there is a heavy item that was not moved upstairs and the subtractor did not notice during the way downstairs. Could have more cares when handling the items, having scratches on the surface of furniture.
Felix and his team did a really excellent job. Arrived on time and phoned 10 minutes out. Extremely helpful loading and unloading, They took very good care of some valuable items and I cannot fault the service they provided. Highly recommended.
