Chuk is very on time and professional. He also provided trolley for moving my boxes as no parking is allowed on my street and he had to park on the side street. He was very patient. I have lots of stuff so it a bit longe than he expected to finish moving but he didn’t complain at all. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with this man & van service, and I can’t recommend Chukwugekwu highly enough. His pricing was very fair, and from the very beginning he was a great listener and communicator. He carefully understood what I needed and made the whole moving process smooth and stress-free. When we encountered delays caused by a slow third-party system during unloading, he stayed calm and went above and beyond to keep everything moving as efficiently as possible. His professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help really stood out. I’m incredibly grateful for all of his hard work. I’ll definitely be asking for him again the next time I move. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. The driver changed the agreed moving time from 10:00am to 7:45am only the night before the move. After arriving at the pick-up address, he had not properly checked the parking situation and expected me to take responsibility for any potential parking fines. When I said I could not agree to this and tried to find an alternative parking option, he quickly cancelled the booking without giving me a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
